Who is responsible

This website is operated by Susanne Ertsland Askvik, Stavanger, Norway. For questions about your data, use the contact page.

Analytics

If you accept, this site uses Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages people read and where they arrived from. Your IP address is anonymised. The data is aggregated: it tells me that forty people read the story page, not who they were.

Nothing is used for advertising. No advertising cookies are set, and no data is shared with advertisers or sold to anyone.

If you decline, no analytics cookies are set and no data is sent. The site works exactly the same.

What is stored on your device

Your choice is remembered in your browser so you are not asked again on every visit. If you accept analytics, Google sets cookies that identify your browser — not you — and expire automatically.

Changing your mind

You can reopen the choice at any time, or clear cookies and site data in your browser settings. Both work.

Links to other services

This site links out to Amazon, Acast, Spotify, Apple Podcasts and healersusanne.com. Once you follow a link, that service’s own privacy policy applies. I have no control over what they collect.

Newsletters and purchases

Nothing is sold on this website and there is no signup form here. Purchases and newsletters happen on healersusanne.com, which has its own privacy policy.

Your rights

Under GDPR you may ask what data exists about you, ask for it to be deleted, and withdraw consent at any time. Since this site stores no names or email addresses, there is in practice very little to request — but ask, and you will get an honest answer.
