This painting was completed under the Blood Moon on September 7th – a rare moment when the universe itself felt closer. The Blood Moon gave me a profound sense of activation, as if it set something in motion both within me and around me. It was powerful, yet liberating, because it revealed what had been hidden and brought it into the light.

When I paint under such energy, time and space seem to dissolve. It feels like stepping into a flow where I no longer guide the brush, but allow it to become a tool for something greater. The colors found each other, layer by layer, rising upward like a luminous stream breaking through the darkness – as if something old had to release in order to make space for the new.

I often embed affirmations into my paintings – invisible to the eye, yet palpable in the energy. In this work too, the affirmations became part of the process. They served as anchors for transformation, amplifying the strength of the Blood Moon. I experienced that the painting itself was showing me the way, and all I had to do was follow.

The painting reflects this journey. The Ascension of the Blood Moon carries a stream of light rising through the earth’s deepest tones – from darkness to clarity, from heaviness to lightness. It is a portal reminding us that we can always rise, no matter how heavy or dense life may feel. That light is always present, and that we can always move toward it.
