What this meditation does
Self Healing 2 works with the body as an intelligent system.
Throughout the meditation, you are guided into a deeper state where the body begins to feel safe enough to release what it has been holding.
This includes physical tension, emotional residue, and underlying stress patterns in the nervous system.
Rather than focusing on fixing specific symptoms, the meditation supports the body as a whole – allowing balance to return where it is needed.
What happens during the meditation
You are gently guided into a deeper level of stillness, where your awareness reconnects with the body.
From here, a calm and intelligent healing field begins to move through the system.
This field works through different layers:
In the mind – creating space, reducing pressure and mental activity
In the nervous system – shifting the body from alertness into safety and repair
In the physical body – releasing tension and supporting natural regeneration
In the energetic field – restoring flow and internal balance
As this happens, the body begins to respond in its own way.
